At the September 15, 2025 monthly Commission meeting, the Lexington Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission formally adopted a Recommended Order in the Sarah Van Vooren v. Saleh Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Oasis Restaurant case filed with the Commission in March of 2023. The Recommended Order dated May 25, 2025 by Hearing Examiner, James L.
